How to Identify a Fake Oswald the Rabbit Prototype Poster (and Help OVD too!)

For those of you who don’t  spend your free time memorizing everything involved with The Walt Disney Company, your probably not familiar with David Gerstein.  Mr. Gerstein is a animation historian, researcher and  Disney comic writer who among other things has provided assistance with finding the ‘Oswald the Lucky Rabbit’ cartoons for the Walt Disney Treasure set featuring the character, as well as serving as the editor for Fantagraphic’s Floyd  Gottfredson Mickey Mouse Library (Volume three of which is released next week).  When he’s not editing comics for Disney’s European comic licensees , and working with  various classic animation projects, Mr.Gerstein keeps a blog, which has recently published a guide to identifying a fake Oswald poster sketch.
